In college admissions we use an abundance of acronyms: NACAC, SAT, EFC, etc. Frankly, it can get overwhelming and exhausting for families (and professionals). As we start the college application season, many students and families find themselves drowning in the collegiate alphabet soup of professional jargon. In particular, we wanted to tackle the terminology used for application plans and deadlines among colleges and universities. Instead of a lengthy article, we thought it might be easier to create a simple, straightforward, and more shareable infographic.
